He later held the same leadership position at IPL Legal, Lagos (2020–2022), strengthening the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice. From 2022 to 2025, he was a Senior Associate at Biola Ladapo & Co., Ibadan, where he sharpened his expertise in high-stakes litigation and complex commercial disputes before going on to co-found ADOSK Legal Practitioners.
Olusoji has represented clients before trial and appellate courts across Nigeria, litigating matters that span criminal and civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, class actions, securities litigation, and general civil claims.
